Associate Scientist Release and Stability

Your new role
As Release & Stability Associate Scientist, you will be fully responsible for end-to-end product testing within the QC department. You will coordinate the release of raw material drug substances and products from various stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate the stability testing of large molecule products. You will deliver all data requests and plan, organize and execute these requests. You will also lead and drive continuous improvement projects. Finally, training and coaching colleagues will be an important element of this role.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years related working experience. You possess an excellent understanding of lab systems, data management and statistical data analyses. Experience in project management and working according to GMP regulations is desirable. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can work independently and take a proactive approach to your work.

What you'll get in return
