Your new role
In this role as an International Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Communication will be via e-mail and phone. You will develop and maintain a good relationship with internal and external contacts. You will be responsible for discussing, accepting and entering customer service complaints, solving escalations and handling transport issues. By your sharp analysis and expertise, you can initiate to improve and decrease the number of complaints. This job concerns a very diverse role with order, complaint and customer data related tasks, with many challenges and responsibilities.

Your profile
To be successful in this International Customer Service Representative role, your French language skills should be on a native level. Your English and Dutch language skills should be excellent. Furthermore, we expect candidates with a minimum MBO4 education or bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 years of related working experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role with order management. You are an excellent communicator, well organized and customer focused.

What you get in return
This is a full time job, 40 hours per week. The salary is €2400 - €2500 gross per month. The first contract(s) will be offered by Hays, extension is possible.
