Your new role
Do you like solving problems and helping customers? Are you looking for a challenging position where you have contact with customers to monitor and verify their orders, as well as providing a high level of customer service? In this function you will ensure that all sales orders are booked, delivered and invoiced to the right place and at the right time. You enter and monitor all orders in conjunction with customers and other departments as planning, shipping, quality and finance teams. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers as part of the Customer Service Department for the Benelux & Emerging Markets.

If you are looking for your first job after university, this could be a great start for you, because you can learn a lot if you are ambitious. If you have more years of experience in Customer Service, you can get your own projects and take 100% responsibility for the entire process.

What you need to succeed
The ideal candidates have great communication skills, speak fluent Dutch and English. You have worked before in a customer facing role and ideally with order management. Experience with Salesforce, SAP or an ERP system is a nice plus. You have strong organisational and team skills with ability to meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines. You are customer friendly and detail oriented person, who can build strong relationships and collaborate with other departments.

Our client is a world-leading modular flooring company with a fully integrated collection of carpet tiles and resilient flooring. Their modular system helps customers create interior spaces while positively impacting the people who use them and our planet.

What you will get in return
Besides great base salary (2500 - 3500 EUR gross), you will receive 8% holiday pay, up to 15% bonus, 38 vacation days (including ADV days) and travel reimbursement ( 0,19 EUR per km or 100% reimbursement if you travel by public transportation. My client offers a hybrid model, you can work two days from home and there is also home office allowance, 2 EUR net per day.
