Your new role
In your daily work you will deal with the complete order flow. You will place orders in the system, monitor and ensure correct processing. Advising customers, helping them with their issues, handling complaints with a customer-oriented and customer-friendly manner. Furthermore you will ensure that the customer data in the system is up-to-date. You will be the source of information for your colleagues, as a senior you will receive the questions that they cannot solve and you will look for a suitable solution together with them.

What you need to succeed
With our client you get the opportunity to set up a perfectly functioning team together. It offers a lot of space to give your own twist to the way of working within the team. You will be able to work from home full-time. On the first day you have to go to the Office to pick up your laptop and join the welcome session. It is also possible to work from the office on a voluntary basis but not a requirement, before Covid they had already the home office culture. The company offers many training and internal courses. After the probation period our client offers a permanent contract

Our client is an international, technical consultancy organisation that takes over internal processes from other companies. You will be in an external customer service department for one of their customers.
