HR Analytics Specialist, Nijmegen The Netherlands

You are going to be part of
the HR team in the Netherlands, a small, yet dynamic group of experts. We have an international HR team located in China, the Philippines, the Netherlands and France. The HR team at the headquarters in Nijmegen (NL) consists of 4 employees and is mainly responsible for global HR processes and local HR administration for employees in Europe and the USA. In your role you will work closely together with the global HR team, other staff departments and business leaders in different sites of Ampleon.

A look into the life of a HR Analytics Specialist
You will be responsible for a broad scope of activities for the global HR department, your responsibilities and activities will include:
  • (Supporting with) the implementation of a new global HR system. After you have settled in your new role, Ampleon is planning to start using a global HR system
  • Maintaining global HR data, and tracking and monitoring all changes, together with the HR Business Partners
  • Delivering (Power BI) reports (periodic, ad hoc reports, quality & control, headcount reports)
  • Monitoring, Designing, and implementing data processes to support HR systems
  • Creating an optimal data structure in our HR (Access) database to link with internal and external interfaces (e.g. SharePoint, payroll providers, etc.)
  • Staying up to date on new tools / database developments to support system upgrades and new features
  • Preparing calculations for the bonus programs
  • Executing global and local recurring processes (performance management cycle, merit proposal round, global engagement survey)
  • Support the HR Business partners with defining and improving global remuneration policies

Your profile
We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:
  • 5-10 years’ experience in an HR data/analytics role in an international company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, data analytics, human resources, or something related
  • High interest for Excel (and preferably MS Access)
  • Experience with Power BI and knowledge of data modeling and databases
  • Project Management skills
  • Good understanding of remuneration and benefits
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch
