Your new position
Do you have a passion for HR and enjoy owning the success of your customer group? If so, this is a job for you. We are looking for an energetic HR Representative/ HR Generalist who is going to be the sole HR professional for this organisation in Amsterdam. You will play an important role in professionalisation the company and implementing HR “best practices”, setting the HR strategy agenda for the company. You will be responsible for managing several key areas for the organisation which you will support, such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labour relations, compensations and benefits. This includes as well preparing and sending job offers for potential candidates, drafting contracts and make sure the on-boarding process will run smoothly. You are also responsible to fill and apply working permits to none Dutch employees, communication with IND regarding 30% ruling if and when applicable. You will act as first point of contact for all HR related issues and are responsible for day to day HR administrative tasks and activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration of other related area
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience as HR Adviser / HR Generalist
  • Ready for the next step in your career where you will get a lot of responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • English and Dutch language skills have to be fluent/native (oral and written)
  • Customer service focused
  • Qualified communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Hands-on, flexible and easy to adapt
