This role will consistently deliver the highest level of Support Service to our internal customers with a focus on Hardware and Infrastructure Support. An appetite for career progression and development is key, while always improving the service provided to the Client.

This candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm in delivering on solo and team objectives, playing a key role in driving the team and the service forward. This role requires strong Hardware/Infrastructure Support skills and the ability to balance and prioritise activities as part of the busy day-to-day support environment.

The individual will demonstrate examples from their current or previous role, demonstrating their input to successful service improvements and the attributes required to be part of a great team

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will possess the following skills and experience:
• Ability to work on a solo basis or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written language skills (English and Dutch desirable)
• Strong communicator and ability to engage colleagues and customers at all levels
• Robust character able to deal with difficult situations and clients tactfully but firmly
• Analysis and Solutions seeking with a clear approach to problem identification and analysis
• A structured approach to work, self-organised and adaptable to varying demands in workload
• Able to prioritise workload, ensuring action within agreed SLA’s
• Disciplined with good time management and takes responsibility for decisions
• Minimum of 2 years Hardware/Infrastructure Support experience
• Monitoring to support service availability
