Your new role
As a Quality Engineer you will have a wide range of responsibilities while providing support to the manufacturing department. You will be involved in both investigating deviations in the registered production process and you will work on root cause analysis and process improvements. This will lead to well documented quality records and processes that are becoming increasingly robust. You will take the lead in investigating production deviations. You will perform root cause root cause analysis with a focus on problem solving. You will on the production floor regularly to get to know the processes well in order to notice opportunities for improvement and preventative measures. You document deviations in the quality systems (technical writing). You will also be in regular contact with the Subject Matter Experts and QA to discuss and conclude investigations after approval.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a BSc and relevant knowledge in a related field supported by relevant courses. You have knowledge of GxP guidelines and related software systems. You will need 3 years work experience in either the pharmaceutical, medical devices or food industry. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem solving methodologies are a bonus. You are a team player who goes for success.
