Our client is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Dutch Talent Acquisition team.

You are in contact with Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to schedule interviews in different time zones and with challenging agendas via their ATS - Workday. You will work closely together with the local talent acquisition team and HR operations to manage a smooth candidate experience for example scheduling interviews, assessment coordination, LinkedIn posting, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating our high-volume recruitment activities and taking responsibility for the administration of their recruitment and on-boarding procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, Talent Acquisition, and other coordinators/administrators in the organisation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) including travel
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, send out the Apical on boarding app and take care of the preboarding actions in Workday
  • You are in charge of our recruitmentNL mailbox
  • Collaborating with recruiters to improve the recruiting process and its efficiency
  • Developing tools and solutions for recurring requests. Suggesting process improvements to help create efficiencies
  • Coordinate internal events (e.g., lab tours) and support external events including communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimise employer branding and work with social networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and more available platforms

They have a hybrid working policy, where you will work 60% of the time in the office and 40% remotely.
You will report to the Director, Site HR Lead in the Netherlands.

Requirements As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are someone who works with pleasure and efficiency. You have strong administrative skills, can easily prioritise, and can handle many tasks simultaneously. You are someone who finds it easy to work with others. More specifically, we ask the following of you:
  • Previous work experience as recruitment coordinator/support or any other relevant position
  • You have worked in an international and dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent planning and organisational skills
  • You are (nearly) fluent in both English and Dutch verbally and in writing.
  • It would be an advantage if you have experience using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) e.g. Workday;
  • You are proactive, dynamic, and service-minded while being eager to learn and start your career in a global and fast-growing team.
  • 40 hours available per week.
