Your new role
As Franchise Sales Manager you will be responsible for attracting new multi-unit franchisees. You will develop the franchise sales strategy for the EMEA region by setting up and managing all the online marketing channels in the correct way. You will work with traditional and non-traditional marketing, like franchise websites, targeted advertising, social media / PR, etc. You work with Business Developers and other international teams. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing a new global CRM system.
To be successful as Franchise Sales Manager, you have at least 5 years relevant Sales and Marketing / E-Commerce experience in an international environment ideally in the Hospitality / Retail industry with a franchise model. You have experience with developing online sales tools and working with a CRM system. You are pro-active, highly motivated, excellent in time management and detail oriented. Also you are fluent in English.
About the organisation
Our client is a big international franchise organisation focused on the food industry. From the HQ in Amsterdam, they operate in the whole EMEA region. They work with a hybrid system (working from home and from the office). Some travelling will be part of this role.
