Your new position
As Sales Leadership Development Director you will own and execute the Sales Development strategy to develop and coach an existing young sales management team. You can support them on how to develop, coach, promote, onboard and recruit their Sales Development Representatives. You will be managing multiple teams in different countries. You will make sure all teams will have all the available and right tools to execute an effective account-based sales development plan, manage the teams performances and develop the Sales Managers (and their teams) towards a rewarding career path.
To be successful as Sales Leadership Development Director you have at least 4-6 years' experience in managing Sales Managers and their teams. You are a strong leader who knows how to shape, develop and coach your team. Furthermore, you are independent, a strong communicator and engager. You will be willing to travel abroad +/- 30-40% of your time.
