Your new role
In your daily work you will deal with the complete order flow. You will place orders in the system, monitor and ensure correct processing. Advising customers, helping them with their issues, handling complaints with a customer-oriented and customer-friendly manner. Furthermore you will ensure that the customer data in the system is up-to-date.You will be the source of information for your colleagues, as a senior you will receive the questions that they cannot solve and you will look for a suitable solution together with them.

What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position has experience with order management, speaks fluent French and has at least 4 years of experience within a customer service department (preferably B2B). Since the working language within the company is English, it is important that you have sufficient command of the English language, Dutch is not a requirement but a plus. You also have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and you have experience with a CRM system, preferably SAP. The team will start on 1st November. About the organisation
Our client is an international, technical consultancy organisation that takes over internal processes from other companies. You will be in an external customer service department for one of their customers.

After the probation period our client offers a permanent contract.
