Your new role
As a Senior Sourcing Manager for the family & lifestyle portfolio you are heavily involved/responsible for supplier selection, negotiations & purchasing, production & planning, quality control & compliance and operational execution of our retail promotions to our clients around the world. The Procurement team is at the heart of the business and you need to make sure that challenging and demanding projects run smoothly from the beginning until the end. Your job highly contributes to the future business of the organisation. You will be working together with a team of category managers to asses and benchmark potential supplier in Europe and develop new and existing categories. Next to that you will be creating an European suppliers network for our different product categories. Have close contact with and maintain relationship with our preferred suppliers while ensuring continued risk assessments and have back-ups in place. You carry the final responsibility for finishing the contract and placing the actual purchase orders with a purchasing budget of 1 to 10 million euros.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have at least 7 years of experience in procurement preferably within Europe of A-Brands, license and/or OEM consumer goods. You have a proven track record in successfully delivering project within budget and specified timeframe whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience is strengthened by your excellent purchasing and negotiation skills and your capabilities to thrive within multiple project teams and multitask in stressful situations. Lastly, in order to be considered for this role you need to be residing in the Netherlands and are fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus.
