User Support Engineer
For our Client we are looking for a User Support Engineer, who is among other things, the point of contact for the internal users and intermediaries when it comes to technical and functional questions and incidents.

Your tasks in this are:
- Accept, register, prioritize notifications
- Analyzing and resolving alerts, including monitoring
- Executing Service requests
- Implementing intake and communication guidelines
- Physical support network, telephony, meeting resources and hardware
- Process feedback from users
- Ensure accessibility and occupation during opening hours
- Joint monitoring of the team and personal KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean and Agile processes and procedures. (shift down)
- Contribute to KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) by promoting, reviewing and updating the IT Knowledge Base.
- Critically propose, monitor and improve own competencies and training.

- Good oral and written command of Dutch and English

- We also expect you to be ITIL Foundation certified, have a minimum MBO level 4 education and have at least 6 months of relevant work experience at a Helpdesk/Servicedesk. #1044018
