Validation Engineer - II

Oss | 0.7 FTE (3 days per week) |Project Validation | Dutch & English | SOP | Cleaning Validation

Your new role
As a Validation Engineer in this role you will be responsible for Project Validation support including conducting equipment performance qualifications specifically around cleaning and sterilisation validation. You will also be writing project validation master plans such as SOP and documentation updates. You will be writing validation protocols and final reports, executing validation studies, analysis of validation data and resolving technical issues encountered during study execution. You will be working in a cross functional team and you will also be required to work independently to accomplish validation project objectives. This position consists of 3 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a Validation Engineer with strong technical, writing and oral communication to work with a wide range of different teams throughout the project. You will need experience with equipment validation and sterilization validation. Familiarity with equipment such as centrifuges, bioreactors and process equipment is a plus. You will need experience with documentation such as writing protocols, reports, SOPs, CAPAs and deviation reports.

Their activities are split between USP (cell culturing/microbiology in bioreactors up to 22.000 liters) and DSP (filtration and purification of product).The other location, Pharmaceutical Operations, focuses on the production, packaging and distribution of various end products (tablets and injectables) and birth control products.
