Your new role
As Work Permit Supervisor you are part of the work permit office which plays a central role in all work permits that are issued on site. You will review and approve work permits and supervise the safe execution of work in the field, from High Risk Activities and technical activities during maintenance and construction projects. You will carry out audits and inspections and ensure good documentation of your findings. The permits involve all kinds of safety, health and environment aspects and you, along with your small team will ensure that they are followed and complied with. You will create Task Risk Analysis (TRAs) for rescue plans, lifting plans, impairment plans and other work plans. You will participate in coordination consultations and project consultations. You will keep track of work in progress, document deviations, record inspections and audit reports. You will supervise the safe performance of the work in the field and adhere to the permit conditions. By placing your signature on said documents, you give permission to start with the agreed work.

What you'll need to succeed
You have either MVK training or a similar HBO education such as IVK or HVK. You have experience and knowledge of the work permit process. Experience with a digital system such as Office/ iOs is considered a plus. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. You have experience working with and coordinating contractors. You are an assertive and decisive person with a strong personality to enable you to act when necessary.
